How much do the various specified products cost?

Although product pricing can fluctuate from brand to brand, the intent around the Palette Pack is to source from mainstream, Nationally available and cost-efficient suppliers. Where do I find the specified plumbing & lighting products to purchase?

Where do I find the specified plumbing & lighting products to purchase?

The product options have been pre-selected from suppliers that are available across Canada as much as possible.  Whether you or a contractor are purchasing, all fixture products would be available through any local major Kitchen and Bath Store/Showroom, and/or online.

Where do I find the specified tile products to purchase?

All tile options have been selected from major tile manufacturers with warehouse locations located across Canada.  In addition, most local tile/decor stores distribute these larger brands as well.

Can I use this package if I am hiring a contractor for my renovation?

Absolutely! The Palette Packs were created to ease the design and product selection process for both clients and contractors alike!

Will more Palette Packs be released?

Yes!  We will be launching a new Kitchen & Bathroom Palette Pack every quarter to grow the shop of looks to choose from!

Can I have drawings created specific to my kitchen or bathroom?

Yes!  Please refer to the Drawing Package Add-Ons for your project.  We’d love to help you further!

I have a question that isn’t on the FAQ list.  How do I contact you for additional support?

Please send us a note through the shop page contact form, and we will try our very best to respond within 24 hours.

What if my space doesn’t require all of the specifications provided?

No problem – simply choose from the elements you need.  We understand that no two renovations are going to be exactly alike, so we have aimed to provide as many design elements as possible to ensure you are covered!

What if a specified product becomes discontinued?

We review all specifications in each Palette Pack on a routine basis and work closely with our supplier representatives to ensure all recommended products are current and available.  If a product becomes discontinued, we will replace the specification with an equivalent product.

How do I obtain samples of the products?

At this time, we are not distributing any physical samples, however, as the specifications are widely available through manufacturer locations or distributors across Canada, we recommend requesting them from your local suppliers and/or contractor.

Where can I find a local contractor/local sub-trades to assist with my renovation?

If you are located in the greater Vancouver area, we love supporting our fellow industry friends and would be happy to provide you with a list of experienced contractors.
