We all have a story - here's mine.

Denise Stapleton, Principal

Born and raised in Vancouver, BC — Denise is a true west coast girl to the core. Upon completion of her post-secondary Interior Design program, she was fortunate to work for a large Architectural/Design firm, diving head first into the world of commercial design.  

After many years in design, she pursued a career in project management with one of Canada's largest commercial developers, and then into commercial construction management, overseeing complex, multi-million dollar construction projects for both private corporations as well as government entities. Along with various talented teams of construction professionals, Denise trudged through cold and muddy construction sites, where limits and abilities were tested in every possible way; creating incredible experience both in and out of their work boots.  Despite the upward trajectory she was warmly welcoming, a creative itch and entrepreneurial spirit continued to wiggle out from the shadows, leading Denise to the bricks and beams of Puddle + Pine Projects.

Above anything else, Denise values her relationships with the people in her world, and thrives on the collaborative process with clients, contractors and industry professionals alike, to achieve the best possible outcome for each and every project.
